To get through a lot of reading, I use text-to-speech software program, and follow along.

The voices are slightly more robotic, but still very good.

There's also a version of Kindle that does text-to-speech.  It's a large download, because you have to use their voices.  You also need a program like NVDA, which works in conjunction with it.  Here's what you need:

Sometimes the TTS program cannot read the text.  That's because it has been right protected.
