Just worry about what God thinks. Don't worry about what people think. Keep all of your focus on God. It's what He thinks is that's important. Set Him as our highest value. As long as I'm ok with God, everything is fine. The verse that says to consider others more highly than yourself, is talking about our behavior towards others.
